Thanks for a great tutorial on Rotor. I have successfully added a rotating banner in the header of my drupal site. However, when I add each piece of content, it appears in the page content as well. I am very knew to Drupal, so please forgive my being a numbskull.How can I upload new pieces of content to the rotor block without them being displayed in the page content. thanks
I can't figure out how to change the "tabs" to something other than the node title... is there any way to do this? I am using a content type that is not a rotor content type...I'm surprised that in the rotor settings for the tab, there isn't a way to specify where the tab names come from.

I'm using nginx to proxy request to apache. In my header I'm sending a separate header for clients IP. How can I block access to my website basis on the original IP. I'm able to block access basis on the proxy servers IP (I'm using a CDN). On blocking IP client's IP it still goes through (I get 200 OK) in the logs, whereas if I block the proxy servers IP it writes to the log saying forbidden.
Greetings! everything worked great for me..thanks! i'm displaying the "tabs" below the rotor images...i'm wondering if there is a way to move the displayed text a little lower or further below the images (or just control of this text placement in general...aside from the config settings you allow). i looked to do this in the rotor.css and other tpl.php files but wasn't successful. any help would be appreciated!jason

I guess we can always create the post titles as the number but was wondering if this is a setting you can update?
often the unlimite duse offers come with the big thorn in the neck, this is not the only provider to cause mass annoyance. grin and bear it buddy, its only way to get through the frustration
Bryan, you can add a filter in your View(cloned or not) and choose what nodes will be displayed. I've succesfully added a filter for Node Title(e.g. for right displayed block added "start with" filter with "right_slide_" value) then i went to my rotor nodes and changed title(named "tab text") to begin with "right_slide_".You can also try to clone block section of the view instead of creating new view everytime and press override button to hold your new settings thus avoid changes to apply in entire view.Hope this helps.
How can I make a content type for every instance on rotor that i have, i mena i wanto to have several banners all over my page but i want them to have different content, how can i do this?Thanks in advance
It appears no ISP service is unlimited even if you pay big bucks for it. 'Unlimited' is just a promotional gimmick to sell more but actually there is restriction on the bandwidth or usage after a certain limit is crossed. This is to ensure their business remains profitable. Cheers Crossbikes

The example works well for a small area, but for a 900px by 600px main container, it really doesn't
i was able to control the text placement via the rotor.css like i thought...cool.
